Cosy Double in Tooting Bec, large house & garden

Hello potential new housemates!

We have a cosy double room in our lovely home in Tooting Bec, becoming available at the end of March, and are looking for someone fun to fill it :D

We are a house of early/mid 30's creative women (we all work in TV in some capacity - actor, casting and AD) and would love to find someone who is considerate, clean and tidy. We're looking for a woman in their 30's to keep the current vibe of the house.

Ideally, not a party animal as home is our chill space to come back to - just someone who we can enjoy a social evening in or out with, maybe a games night, but is equally considerate of everyone’s independent space and downtime.

The room is a comfortable but cosy double, but the rest of the house is large, with a large kitchen and living room and, our fave house feature - our massive garden, which is great for BBQs in the Summer. We’re a 4 min walk from Tooting Bec station and also really close to both Tooting Broadway and Balham, so loads of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Tooting Common and Tooting Lido are also really close...basically - we have everything 😜

As for the £££ - The room is £735 without bills. (Bills come to around £80 a month), plus an initial deposit and a £50 admin fee to the letting agent.

We'll be having viewings at the end of Jan/beginning of Feb.
