Lovely double room in sociable girls house 💫

Hi,

Our lovely flatmate, Steph, is moving out to live with her boyfriend and we’re therefore looking for a flatmate to replace her. 👀

The room is a small double with built-in hanging space and a large chest of drawers. The room can fit a fold-out desk & chair for working from home - you are welcome to take the fold-out desk & chair we currently have for the room! There’s one bathroom, our living room and kitchen, as well as a trap door down to our garden. It’s a newly renovated flat and we like to keep things neat, tidy and girly - and would want someone who is respectful of this and happy to make it their home too. 🏡

We’re a sociable household who all met on spare room originally. We all have our own things going on but make time for brunches, pub quizzes and nights out together - and we all get along with each other’s friends. We don't have houseparties as there is a young family living below us so we like to be respectful of them! 🥰

Niamh - 29, works in fashion
Clodagh - 25, works in HR
Ciara - 27, works in Tech
We all head into the office a couple of days a week and work from our rooms the rest of the week.

Bills are around £60 per month which don’t often change.

The room will be available from 24th October which is also when the first rental payment is due.

We’re looking to start viewings week commencing 7th October.
