Short Term Let - Double Room

Hi potential housemate,

We have a bottom floor room going from the start of May for 4 months in our house in Tooting Bec.

Ideally we’re looking for a male between 24-29 to fill the room to keep the male to female ratio.

The house itself is quite spacious, we’ve lived in the house a while now so it’s well kitted out and homely. We also have a lovely patio / garden which is great for BBQs in the summer.

We’re a six minute walk from Tooting Bec station and just up the hill from Tooting market.

We’re a sociable bunch, but equally have our own lives so we’re looking for someone similar! Bonus points if you love cooking so you can get involved in our house meals (most notable on Sunday evenings).
