Spacious room in Tooting Bec - £884 pcm

This is a lovely spacious room, available from July 1st as i am moving out of the UK. I really the tenant would move in and begin paying from July 1st, although the room is free to move into from June 28th. It is an all female household, which is spread over a spacious three floor semi detached house. The street is a five minute (or less than!) walk from the Tooting Bec tube station. Sainsbury’s/tesco and Aldi are also within a five to ten minute walk. The house is situated on a residential street, which is well lit.

There are two bathrooms, so plenty of space. This room is ground floor, and also has lockable doors and windows. The room comes part furnished, with the bed mattress, two wardrobes and chest of drawers as seen in the photos. This will be an extra cost up front as i have paid for the items prior :).

We have a bi weekly cleaner, which comes out of the monthly bill money. This ranges between 110-125 on top of the rent fee.

You will be moving in with the lovely jess, Abi and Keavy. They are all working professionals and I’ll be sad to leave them! We love to hang out in the communal living area on an evening, watching tv but also respect each others time. Also an occasional pub quiz and roast or drink at the local would be some of the things we like to enjoy. We have a spacious kitchen with personal cupboards etc.
