Need to fill immediately, 1st August date

Hey! I’ve viewed a great 3 bed property, which is amazing, and huge but feels like a home! It’s near Tooting Bec and is available August 1st, and would like to lock it in, with 2 new housemates.

As the three of us would be starting the house share at the property from scratch this is a great opportunity to make the house a home and figure out what works for us.

Transport:
7 minute walk to Tooting Bec tube, 12 minutes to Tooting common.

House: correct address: 116B Beechcroft Road, Tooting, London, SW17 7DA.
Cosy feel, great storage through out, kitchen with dishwasher, Big living room, 3 Double Bedrooms, Two Bathrooms, Off Street Parking, 2 balconies. Bills not included

As the living room in the property is large, I’d like to work from there 1-2 days a week. There’s enough space for other people to also WFH in the living room area. There’s enough room for a desk in every bedroom too.

Rooms:
2 double rooms, one with lots of fitted storage and the other with wardrobes.

I’m not fixed on anything but I ideally would like one of the bigger rooms and I’m happy to pay £50 more for the room, and thinking who ever takes the smaller room could pay £50 less.

Me:
I’ve lived in Tooting for 2 years and have friends near by. I play netball in Balham and Vauxhall. I work 3 days a week in Oval and 2 from home.
I’m looking for somewhere new to call home and become friends with my new housemates as opposed to strangers.
The most important thing to know about me is that I love Yorkshire tea! I’m also 28, and trying to cook and bake a bit more, but usually end up at the pub or watching MAFS instead!

Future housemates:
Im looking for social, clean and tidy housemates who have their own thing going on but also down for the occasional drink or chat in the evening after work.
