Myself and my flatmate are looking for two people to take over our lease as we've been offered a flat in an area that makes much more sense for us work wise.

It's a lovely flat, loads of natural light and only ten minute walk from Tooting Market and Balham.

The apartments proximity to the station is the star of the show. Since it's only about 20 seconds away, it means a commute to the city centre takes less than 30 minutes. The northern line night tube service runs to through the station which is very handy for nights out at the weekend.

The rent doesn't include utilities but we've found in the past few months that it ends up being around £70-£80 pounds each a month.
