The room is one of the two bedrooms in a Victorian conversion flat located in the heart of the historic Heaver Estate. It has a double bed with a very comfy mattress, a bedside table and a massive wardrobe providing plenty of storage. The room also benefits from an enormous northeast-facing window that offers abundant sunlight in the morning and a lovely garden view.

The flat has a spacious living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a shared bathroom.

You will be living with Tamas, a quiet gentleman who enjoys his own space and is excellent at home repairs!

The property’s prime location means you can access the beautiful Tooting Commons in 3 minutes. Tooting Bec underground station is only 5-7 minutes away. Tesco Express is just a 4-minute walk from the flat.

Last but not least, you will be able to enjoy the charming Victorian architecture in one of the most prestigious conservation areas in Southwest London.

Our currently monthly bills are around £130 per person.

You will need to pay a deposit equivalent to 5 weeks’ rent.
