Large three-storey, furnished, terrace house with four bedrooms. Separate kitchen and living room, as well as garden and lots of storage (attic, under-stairs cupboard and utility room). There is room for parking for one small car, although as two rooms are available this may need to be negotiated with the other new occupant.

Current housemates are friendly, sociable and keen for housemates who enjoy shared living, are tidy and chilled. They are both 27, enjoy a sociable drink, walks in nearby commons and going to the gym. One works in a hospital every day and the other works from home three days a week.
