Fantastic double bedroom with private bathroom

We’re sadly saying goodbye to one of our housemates due to relocation. The remaining housemates are Ally, Alex & Carissa

We are all working professionals and have a good time together in the house. To keep the balance we are looking for another guy to move in.

The bedroom and private bathroom take up the top floor of the house so it's a brilliant space. The room comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also space for a desk, (although this doesn't come included).

On the ground floor is a spacious open plan living room and separate kitchen/dining room at the back of the house with sliding glazed doors leading into a good sized garden and a bbq. There is also a downstairs toilet for communal use.

The kitchen has a dining table with chairs, oven, fridge/freezer, washer, dryer and dishwasher. There's also a nice spacious lounge, so plenty of space!

We have a mix of working from home and the office, but as the house has four stories we don’t feel too on top of each other.

There’s parking outside for a fee via Wandsworth Council.

The Landlady has always been fantastic. She is local and addresses any issues directly and promptly.

Ideally we are looking for an outgoing, like minded professional, who is up for a laugh. We are looking for people who are sociable and happy to spend time together in the lounge, watching Netflix, playing board games or having a bbq in the garden but also someone that is equally respectful of each others’ things and space.

· Rent: £800.00 PCM

· Deposit: £857.50

· Bills: approx. £100.00 PCM including all utilities, council tax and Community Fibre Broadband

· References required with an admin fee of £50

· Move in date between 1st July and 1st August.
