I am looking to fill my room for 1 month (20th July - 18th Aug)
Lotte (my flat mate) is looking to leave the flat on the 18th August so this must be your move out date.
Great for anyone working away from home, students, have just moved here and need a halfway spot.
I am happy to remove £5-100 off the rent to sublet, but there is an option to go through referencing as well.
The flat is on a high street, the windows are double glazed so you can ignore it if you want :) - lots of coffee shops, lidl literally at the back door, tube stations nearby (Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway)
you will have your own bathroom as Lotte has the en suit and it is a 2 bath.
Very spacious open plan kitchen and living room and really spacious balcony.
Bedroom comes furnished (not shown in pictures) - bed, bedside table, set of drawers.
