After 2 years I am sadly moving out of this lovely Tooting flat and am looking for someone to fill the room from 31st August (room for flexibility).

It is a big room and has a big en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath! The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, big wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

The whole flat has loads of natural light and has a great view for sunsets as we are on the top floor. There’s a separate lounge, kitchen and utility rooms. The kitchen is fully stocked and has plenty of food storage space and even has a dishwasher!

The rent is £894 and bills are approximately £100 per month. The flat has 2 off road parking spaces and a secure bike shed included. The deposit is in a protected scheme and is £761.

The flat is in a safe and quiet residential development which is opposite Tooting Common. Tooting Bec train station is a 10 minute walk away with Tooting Broadway, Balham and Streatham all also within walking distance. There are also nearby bus routes which can take you to Clapham Junction.

There are also loads of good food places nearby so you’ll be spoilt for choice on Deliveroo! I’ve sampled every eating place on the walk back from the station and can recommend them all! There is also a Sainsbury’s local on the way to the station which is really handy.

Your new potential flatmates Emma and Erin are both lovely and will make you feel very welcome. All current flatmates are very chilled working professionals so the flat is far from being a party flat. Emma and Erin are both office based so it would be preferable if the new housemate is also office based/hybrid and isn’t 100% a virtual worker.
