We are looking for a 28-34 year old to move into our spacious 4 bed house in Heritage Park, a friendly residential area of Tooting - 9 minutes away (yes we’ve timed) from Tooting Bec tube station. Alternatively both Balham & Tooting are an easy 20 minute walk.
The double bedroom with additional office / dressing room is on the second floor and comes furnished with built in wardrobe.
The house has a communal living room with a TV (access to Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), a large kitchen / diner with all appliances, 3 bathrooms and a garden.
You’ll be sharing with 3 friends Adam, Russell & Calum. We are all in our 30s and are professionally diverse - cabin crew, a development chef & a train driver! So if you can add another fun profession into the mix that would be a bonus ;) We are a straight & LGBTQ+ household - yes, sexuality diverse too! - so anyone should, and will, feel welcome.
The house will suit an outgoing person who has their own life, but happy to socialise with the other housemates whether BBQ-ing, watching tv or having a weekend wine/beer. Whilst we are happy with someone who works from home, a hybrid / office worker is preferred.
The room is available from 27 July 2024. Rent including bills is £1100pcm (£1000 without bills). The deposit is £1,182.50.
Our tenancy for this property ends in February 2026 so you will be added to the contract to replace the departing tenant.
We are ideally looking for a tenant who will be in it for the long run as our circumstances don’t look set to change, if you were to leave we would expect you to find a replacement we were happy with to move onto the tenancy.
