My flatmate is moving out at the beginning of September, so I’m looking to fill her room in our 2 bed flat in Tooting!
It’s will be a 6 month tenancy to begin with, with the option to extend on a rolling monthly basis.
The flat: we’re on the top floor of a 3 story building, with has 6 flats in total. There are 3 double bedrooms (the empty one is the larger of the two) a shared kitchen, shared lounge and a separate WC and shower room.
Location : 5 min walk from Tooting Bec station. 15 min walk to Balham. 10 min walk to Wandsworth Common. 10 min walk to Tooting Common.
Price: the room is £950 per month, without bills. Wandsworth council tax.
About me: I’m 28 years old and have lived in London for the past 5 years. I work in marketing and am usually in the office 2 days a week and working from home the rest.
