Hiya! I am looking for someone to take over my room on a sub-let basis from 8 July 2024, and fully take over the tenancy from 21 July 2024.
It’s a gorgeous 4 double bedroom in a terraced house with a lovely garden perfect for having a BBQ or drinks in the sunshine.
The tenancy ends on 21 March 2026, but there is a 2-month break clause that will be in place from 21 January 2025. You will therefore be able to terminate the lease from 21 March 2025 earliest .
The property is a 7-minute walk from Tooting Bec station and a 5-minute walk from Tooting Common and it's a lovely lively area full of young professionals.
You will be living with 3 housemates (24M, 24M and 24F) and two of them will be moving out of the house as well over the course of the summer. You will very much get a say in whoever moves in, if you like.
The ground floor bedroom is very spacious and comes fully furnished.
There are also a couple of furnishings (the open clothes rack and the book case) I will happily leave and you can let me know if you want them, otherwise they will be sold. A set of drawers comes with the room which is not in the pictures as it is in storage.
