A large double bedroom in a 4 bed house will be available to sub-let from July 15th to August 31st (7 weeks).
Location: The house is located in between Tooting Bec and Balham and right beside Wandsworth Common. The nearest tube station is Tooting Bec (13 min walk) and Wandsworth Common Train Station is an 8 min walk.
House: The available room is on the ground floor. There is also a shared living-room/kitchen and bathroom on the same level and the other 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are upstairs. There's a garden at the side of the house, complete with bbq and patio furniture.
Housemates: You would be sharing with three lovely girls, 2 Brits and 1 Aussie, who are aged between 27-28 and are a mixture of WFH and hospital/office based. All have pretty busy lives but up for watching some netflix together and chilling in the evenings.
Money Stuff: No deposit but will need proof of employment. Rent will be £202 incl bills per week (£1414 in total if staying for the full 7 weeks).
