2 x beautiful rooms to rent in modern Tooting flat

Hello!

I am looking for 2 x flatmates (male or female, 27- 35) to share a lovely Tooting home with me. I’d like flatmates that want to socialise as a house - having a good chat with some wine, watching tv shows/movies, nights at the pub, brunch etc

I've lived with my current flatmates for two years but they are moving back home/in with their boyfriends at the beginning of September (Date TBC).

THE ROOMS
Room 1 (Rent £1130)
- A good sized, bright and airy double bedroom
- The bedroom comes unfurnished but with a double fitted wardrobe.

Room 2 (£1130)
⁃ A good sized, bright and airy double bedroom.
⁃ The bedroom has a fitted triple wardrobe but is flexible to come unfurnished/furnished with the opportunity to purchase some of the furniture from my current flatmate

THE HOUSE:
⁃ Spacious open plan kitchen / lounge with dishwasher and washing machine.
⁃ The are two bathrooms in the flat, one larger family bathroom with a shower over the bath and another with a walk in shower.
⁃ Outdoor space at the rear of the property with full bi-fold doors which is amazing in the summer.
⁃ We also have a basement for extra storage space.

LOCATION
- The flat is around a 5 minute walk to Tooting Bec tube station and is 10 minute walk from Wandsworth Common.
- We are a short distance from Wandsworth/Balham/Clapham Common
- There are plenty options for supermarkets nearby (Lidl, Tesco and M&S) and lots of lovely pubs, brunch spots etc

ME:
⁃ I’m Izzy (29). I work in advertising and am in the office 3 days a week.
- I’m looking for flatmates that appreciate each other’s own space and needs to recharge!

RENT / BILLS / CONTRACT
- Room 1 and 2 Rent: £1130
⁃ Bills are an additional £100 p/m (includes council tax, electric, water, TV licence, WiFi and cleaner).
⁃ Bills are a little cheaper due to the fact it’s an all electric house and fairly economical.
⁃ Deposit is £1000
⁃ I would ideally like someone on a long term basis (minimum 1 year tenancy)

I’m looking to hold viewings on Wednesday 3rd July between 6:30pm-8:30pm and Friday 5th July between 5pm- 8:30pm.
