Small double room & study in cosy flat

Looking for a social, outgoing, working professional female to join our flat. I’m
Maddie and I have lived here for just over a year. My two lovely housemates are leaving at the end of August, and my friend Freya is moving into one of the rooms, leaving one small double room & a study (that would be just yours) available in a cosy, Victorian conversion in Tooting Bec!

About me: I’m 25, from Bath, and work in policy in healthcare regulation. I love running, exploring London, wholesome days out and always keen for a drink at the pub or a few spicy margs at a bar. I’m super outgoing and love to have fun but also love an evening in and an early night.

About Freya: I’m 25 and work in Professional Services. I enjoy playing netball and more recently have taken up tennis. I’m always up for trying new things whether it’s a new restaurant or last minute gig, but equally love getting stuck into a new series.

About you: looking for a professional female who also does hybrid working (I go to the office twice a week), and is keen to make friends but also independent, tidy & clean, and respectful of others’ space. You’d be outgoing, social, friendly and chatty - it would be cute to be friends rather than just housemates!

About the flat: It is a first floor Victorian conversion, with a small balcony, living room, kitchen and bathroom (with bath!). It’s about a 10 minute walk to Tooting Bec station, and 15 to Tooting Broadway (both Northern line). There are local amenities (corner shops, pharmacy, doctors) only a couple of minutes away. Tooting common is about a 5 minute walk away.
