I'm sad to be leaving London in August so my room is up for grabs!

Rent is £880 per month and you'll have access to a bathroom mostly all to yourself. There's a study room conveniently located next door which is perfect for WFH.

The house is huge with plenty of space and is located in a residential development in Tooting Bec, opposite the athletics track. Tooting common park and the Tooting bec lido is across the road.

There's 4 bedrooms in total, an open living room and large kitchen. Another bathroom is shared between two bedrooms whilst the master bedroom has an ensuite. There's a large garden, a garage with tremendous amounts of storage space and a driveway (2 extra car permits and one guest permit included).

This private residential development has a security guard who patrols throughout the day.

Tooting Bec tube station is a 10-15min walk with bus stops just outside the residential development.

Our landlord requires referencing through the estate agent Marsh and Parsons. They basically just need to make sure you have a job. You'll be taking over the lease which has under 2 years remaining.
