Double room in friendly spacious house

Hi, we are Lily and Lou and we are looking for a 3rd housemate to join us! It is a sociable and friendly house, and we are looking for someone who is not only searching for somewhere to live, but a place to call home and make new friends. We are 2 female professional in their mid/late twenties who work in the city. Lily works in environmental consultancy and Lou is a paralegal.

We love a cosy night in watching shitty TV or a trip to the pub but equally we all have own social lives/friendship groups. We enjoy cooking, catching up at the end of the workday, nights out dancing and days out exploring.

The house is situated in a secured and gated community on Upper Tooting Road and is a 3 minute walk from Tooting Bec tube station. It is fully furnished, has a large living room, kitchen and 3 bathrooms (2 showers). It gets lots of sunlight and has a large garden- a rare London find- which is great for lounging on sunny days or having barbeques. There is also a garage with plenty of storage where bikes can also be locked away.

There lots of vibey local pubs which are always good fun, tooting market is just down the road and we are between both Tooting and Wandsworth common which is great for walks&runs and there is a Fitness first 5 mins away.

Lidl is just down the road and little Tesco is basically on our doorstep.

The room is a spacious double room and comes furnished (minus desk but think we have a spare one in the garage).

You would share a bathroom with just Lou as Lily has an ensuite.

We are looking for a similar aged, female, non-smoking housemate to join us. We like the house to be clean and tidy. We both work in a hybrid routine, typical going into the office 3 or 4 days a week so we are looking for someone with a similar work pattern and who does not work solely from home.

We are sad to see our third housemate go but she is moving in with her boyfriend. Therefore we are looking for a new housemate to move in between July 28th - August 10th . The room will be £912 per month, bills in addition come to around £150 a month.
