Double Bedroom - Tooting Bec - 3 Bedroom House

I'm leaving London and a pretty great 3-room house share in Tooting Bec, so looking for someone to takeover my room. You'll be moving in with two friends from Newcastle Uni, both work in London city, one in recruitment and one in client relationship management. It is a really nice atmosphere in the house, we regularly watch football or a film in the evening, as well a trip to the pub or Tooting lido, so it would be great to find someone that enjoys being sociable, as well as of course having your own space.

House: A shared cosy living room, one bathroom/separate toilet, dining room, kitchen, and street facing small balcony.

Transport: The house is around 8 mins from Tooting Bec Station, Tooting Broadway 12 mins, and Wandsworth Common Overground 23 minutes. Bus stops around 5 mins.

Shops: We are around 4 mins from a Tesco Express, and 6 mins from Lidl. Lots of great pubs close by, such as the Kings Head or the Wheatsheaf.

Rent/Bills: Rent is £817/Bills come to around £125 per month.

Deposit: £808.
