Huge room available near Tooting Bec

Myself and 2 friends, are looking for one extra person (no couples) to join us in a house right next to Tooting common and near Tooting Bec station. We are all social, into sport and enjoy a trip to the pub. We looking fro someone with similar interests and open to either a guy or girl.

The room would be £975pcm not including bills and the move in date is 3rd August. The room would be the current front reception room which is a huge space and gets loads of natural light! A wall is being put up to completely partition it off from the kitchen/dining space. Please see photos 2 and 3. The house is unfurnished and has a downstairs loo, huge garden and even its own office. The property has only ever been occupied by a family so is in great condition.
