The flat is very spacious with a huge living room and sepearate kitchen. You will be staying in the largest room on the second floor.
The flat is a 2 minute walk to Tooting Common, a 5 minute walk to Tooting Bec Station and a 10 minute walk to Balham. Plenty of restaurants, shops and gyms within an easy walking distance.
The two gents you'll move in with are very easy going but up for a good time. We tend to play sports at least once a week together and will always be up for going for a drink.
