Wonderful House in Tooting Bec

Hello 😊 Move in date is the 12th of August and you will require references :)

Neighbourhood:
This is a 4 bedroom house located a 5 minute walk to Tooting Bec common station (24hr on Weekends/ Northern Line). 5 minute walk to 4 different supermarkets, gyms, pubs, clubs, bars, restaurants and so close to Tooting markets!

House:
£970 a month including all bills & a fortnightly cleaner!
There's a massive living & dining room, and a kitchen; all fully stocked with appliances. Washing machine and we also have a beautiful big backyard!! Small spare room for storage purposes, really safe neighbourhood and lovely neighbours.

Room:
The room comes with a double bed (comfy mattress), bed-side table, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. You will be sharing the bathroom with 2 others, but there's never a wait or a line as we all start at different times.

Roommates:
It is with the saddest heart that I move from this house as these guys are the best.
Greig, Hazel and Emma (29-32) are 3 Scottish friends who have created a great household. All 9-5 working professionals, so weeknights usually consist of cooking and watching trashy reality tv shows through the week. Or if we just want to hang out by ourselves, that's no issue either.
