We are looking for a new housemate to move into our spacious homely 4 bed house in Heritage Park, a private and friendly residential area (security, CCTVs) off Tooting Bec park, 9 minutes away (yes we’ve timed) from Tooting Bec tube station. Alternatively both Balham & Tooting are an easy 20 minute walk. You also have Tooting Lido just around the corner, which is a blessing in the summer.
The double bedroom comes with an additional office / dressing room, and is on the second floor. It comes furnished with built in wardrobe, bedside table, TV stand and a shoe rack in the office/ dressing room. Next to your bedroom is a bathroom that will be mainly used by yourself, apart from the odd bath that the other housemates might want to take (very rare). One of the other housemate has got his own en-suite. And the other two housemate usually share the bathroom on the first floor.
The house has a communal living room with a TV (access to Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), a large kitchen / diner with all appliances, 3 bathrooms and a garden.
You’ll be sharing with 3 friends Adam, Russell & Calum. We are all in our 30s and are professionally diverse - cabin crew, a development chef & a train driver! So if you can add another fun profession into the mix that would be a bonus ;). The house is also 🏳️🌈 LGBTQ+ friendly, so everyone’s welcome 😊
The house will suit an outgoing person who is happy to socialise with the other housemates, whether BBQ-ing, watching tv or having a weekend wine/beer.
Our tenancy for this property ends in February 2026, so you will be added to the contract to replace me. If you were to leave before the end of the tenancy, we would expect you to find a replacement.
