Beautiful double room in Tooting Bec

A beautiful spacious, light-filled room in the heart of Tooting Bec, a 2 minute walk to Tooting Bec Station (Northern Line) and stone's throw from Tooting Market and Broadway market, shops all around, easy access into London central and two amazing flatmates. I (single female) have lived here for nearly year and felt very safe, have had an amazing run, and am going to miss it, but moving to a different area of London!

Brand new ottoman bed (bought in march) + chest of drawers are staying.

Everyone works hard and values their own space and privacy, but we do occasionally spend time together socially, though you would never feel pressured to do so. Everyone is very considerate of each other. We are an LGBTQ+ household 🌈

Rent: £550 (paid directly to landlord)
Bills: £150 (roughly, includes bi-monthly cleaner, council tax, internet, water, etc. paid to Des who lovingly sorts the bills each month)

You'll pay the deposit of £450 to me, there will then be an addendum drawn up to the current lease, stating that you are taking it over from me and the deposit is protected in your name. The current lease is set til August 2025, with break clause of two months' notice from December.

I will be moving out 19 September, if you wish to move in on that date, you are welcome to do so and can pay me the difference in rate, with your lease starting on the 1st of October.
