Large Double En-suite bedroom

Hello! We’re currently looking for a housemate to join us in our 4 bed house in Tooting Bec, which is located seconds from the tube station and minutes from Tooting Common, and has recently been refurbished throughout. Pictures are from when we started the lease ~6 months ago, and has since been furnished (albeit the room will be unfurnished). More pictures available on request.

The room is available from now, with the current housemate flexible on moving dates, and it is on the 1st floor, SW facing (lovely afternoon sun!), with an en suite bathroom.

The rent for the room is £1200 per month, with bills on top of this which are shared amongst the house. You will be taking over a 3-year contract (2.5 years remaining), with the letting agency (Jacksons Tooting) flexible.

We are a sociable house who go to the pub together and do BBQs in the summer, but we also have our own lives and respect that of each other.

We are looking for a housemate who will fit into this and who is also clean and tidy and will leave the communal areas as they want to find them!
