I am a cis gay man looking to replace my 2 flatmates to move in around October 15th. The current contract ends in April with opportunity to extend. Have loved living here which is why I preferred to stay rather than leave with the others.
I work in fashion, WFH 2 days a week. Looking for flatmates to not just be strangers who live with each other but also appreciate own space. LGBTQ+ preferred/friendly essential.
Just over 5 minutes from Tooting Bec Underground station and a stone’s throw away from the Common. Dream.
En-suite bathroom with shower cubicles for both rooms. Equal size bedrooms, comes with bed and a chest of drawers. Shared living room/kitchen and balcony.
Rent advertised does not include bills, averaging about £75 a month. Deposit is 5 weeks rent.
