We have a lovely room available in our spacious 4-bedroom house with a study, large kitchen, living room, and a cute garden. The house is perfectly located in Tooting Bec, just a 5-minute walk to the tube and a 2-minute walk to the common.

The housemates are three friendly girls, aged 26-28. Everyone in the house is quite busy and has their own lives, but when we're in, we enjoy cooking and having a chat in the kitchen, watching trash TV in the evenings, and the occasional pub trip. Everybody in the house is very clean and respectful, and it's genuinely a lovely place to call home (which I’ve been lucky enough to do so for the past 2 years).

We are looking for a girl between the ages of 24 and 30 to move in from the 29th of September (I can be flexible). Minimum salary of £28k :)

Tenancy: 6/7 months left with the opportunity to re-sign at the end
