Location: The flat is a 2 minute walk from Tooting Bec station, and slightly off the main road so there are no noise issues. It is also a 5 minute walk from Tooting common, and there are plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes nearby.

Finances: Rent is £963 per month. Bills are roughly £70 a month in addition to rent advertised. This includes council tax. House insurance has also already been paid for.
