Hello! I have a double ensuite room available in a lovely two bed flat in Tooting Bec as I’m moving out of London.

The flat is in a great location right next to the common, less than a 10 min walk from Tooting Bec tube. Comes with 2 car parking spaces and a locked bike shed. 

The room comes with the bed (which fits under-bed storage boxes), the wardrobe and a set of drawers. The vanity table as shown in the photos will be leaving with me but there’s space for something similar or extra drawers/desk. The bathroom has a standing shower, toilet & sink.

The flat has a main bathroom (bath with shower) which the current tenant has sole use of. There is plenty space to work from home if needed, the living room has a large dining table and space to add a desk if you want to (the desk shown in the photos doesn’t come with the flat).

Rent & Contract Details:
Move-in date: 5th October
Rent for the room is £1025pcm, paid on the 5th of every month.
Bills come in around £100 each a month (energy bill varies slightly throughout the year).
Wandsworth Council Tax Band D
Deposit is £1182.50 and is returned at the end of tenancy/if a replacement tenant is switched onto the contract. 

The vibe in the flat is a clean and tidy calm home, where we can socialise but equally very respectful of each other’s space. You’ll be sharing with the current flatmate who is a lovely 28yo Kiwi female who moved over from New Zealand a couple of months ago and works as a locum radiographer, up for drinks and evenings in, getting outdoors and equally binging a good show or going out for food/drinks!

I’ve absolutely loved living here and am really sad to be leaving such a nice home! So I would love to find someone similar to fill my space and make the flat their new home.
