Cosy Room in lovely house in Tooting Bec

We have a double room available in our home in Tooting Bec. We are in a great location just a short walk from the northern line and around a 10-15 minute walk to both Tooting and Wandsworth commons.

The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe and draws for you to use. We also have a large garden and living room which is great for having friends over but to also chill after a busy week.

There are plenty of shops close by but also we are a short walk to Balham and Tooting Broadway, for shops, restaurants and main supermarkets.

The bills are included in the rent which include, electricity, water, gas, council tax, TV licence and household essentials.

I am moving out leaving lovely Jo and Rachel
who both work in central london and are both 30. We are very sociable and looking for someone who enjoys hanging out but also happy to staying in and spend time together.

I could be flexible on the move in date if needed. Looking forward to hearing from you x
