Gal Flat seeking new flatmate

Helllllo, we’re looking for a fab woman to join our lovely tooting bec house. We’ve got a double room for £861 pcm available from mid-September, just three minutes walk from Tooting Bec tube station.

We’re a house of young professional women aged 26-29. We’ve been living together for a year and love chatting after work, sharing a meal or pint, karaoke nights or going on day trips. We also value our independence and quiet time too.

you’ll be living with:
Kimberley - scottish, works at a stockbrokers, flat mixologist, minor Swiftie
Kate - australian, urban planner, cyclist, walking Goodreads, Swift connoisseur
Emma - kiwi, works in NHS admin, trivia guru, bread baker, could crochet for the olympics
Rose - kiwi, accountant, can be found in Gail’s every saturday…and sunday, lover of beaches and girl dinners

The room:
- £861 pcm
- move-in date is 1 October. Tenancy is 18 months (starting 1st October).
- deposit is £1,150
- bills come to around £110 per month (including a fortnightly cleaner).
It’s a bright upstairs cozy double bedroom facing onto the street. It’s fully furnished and has a separate external wardrobe in the hall.

About the house:
The house has five bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. We’ve got a gorgeous back garden which we love having drinks and dinners in. Multiple supermarkets, Tooting Market and Tooting Common are within a short walk.

About you:
We’d love you to be a friend as well as a flatmate. We’d like someone who will also keep the flat clean and tidy. We’re looking for women aged 24-32 who are ideally working professionals. Unfortunately, our landlady would prefer someone who earns over £25, 830 to apply (we’re sorry about this!). No couples, pets or smokers sorry.
