Looking for two new flat mates to take over the tenancy with me come October!
Sadly (for me) one flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend and the other is moving back home.
Excellent fully furnished flat in a fantastic location, literally 2 minutes walk to Tooting Bec station. The road is very quiet, as are the surrounding flats, making it a nice quiet haven for a busy London life. Less than a 10 minute walk to Tooting common, with a Sainsbury’s also 2 minutes walk away.
The flat is surrounded by pubs, bars, coffee shops and restaurants all the way to Balham, and all the way the opposite direction to Tooting Broadway.

A bit about Me:
Like most people I like things clean and tidy, and also value my own space however I’m sociable and always happy to chill and have a chat as well as sit watching absolutely anything on the TV in the lounge from many different sports, Everton getting beaten for the 7th time in a row, or the worst (best) reality shows available.
I work from home 2/3 times a week. Both rooms have space for a desk that fits a monitor on etc. and can also work in the lounge depending on preference throughout the day!
I’m usually relatively quiet in the week, often at the CrossFit Gym up the road after work and just relaxing for the rest of the evening. The weekend I’m usually out and about watching rugby on a Saturday and enjoying a few drinks afterwards. That being said I’m always up for a mid week pint/coffee, or of a weekend.
