Private en-suite room in a family home-1st Nov

A private bedroom with an ensuite bathroom on the top floor of our three-storey family home. The room sleeps two and is available from the 1st of November 2025. Rent includes all bills and is £325 per week for one person, or £360 per week for two.

The house is in London (Zone 3), just a 5-minute walk from Tooting Bec Underground Station, with direct access to the Northern Line. The vibrant Tooting Broadway Market and Balham are within walking distance, and Tooting Common—perfect for relaxing or jogging—is just around the corner.

You’ll be sharing the kitchen, dining room, and garden with us—an Italian-Chinese family with two teenage children and two friendly cats. The room also comes with its own fridge and microwave.

I’m originally from China, studied and worked in the US, and now live in London with my Italian husband and our kids. We’re a warm, international household, and our home often feels like the United Nations, with three languages spoken at once!

We’ve hosted many guests over the years (including through Airbnb) and truly enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds. We’re respectful of everyone’s privacy, but also happy to chat or share a meal or a cup of tea if you’d like.
