Bright Warm Double Room

My lovely flatmate is moving out of London, and I am looking for someone new to join me in this cozy 2-bed flat!

There are two bedrooms on the lower floor and living room & kitchen on the upper. My bedroom has an ensuite with shower, so the main loo with the bathtub would be for you and any guests visiting (although I love to take the occasional bath). The room comes furnished with bed, wardrobe and blinds (there are currently curtains/curtain rail put in by existing tenant, but those will not be staying). Bathroom comes with foldable screen. There is currently a shower curtain (also put in by the existing tenant), but that will also be going.

The room is warm, gets lovely sun in the afternoon. It has plenty of storage space and lots of potential to make it your own. The mattress is memory foam.

The tenancy would be for 1 year with a 6 month break clause. Move in 10th October.
Bills not included, but come to about 120/mo.

It’s a great neighborhood, close to Wandsworth Common and Tooting Common, great cafés, nearby pubs, lots of grocery stores (Tesco & Sainsbury’s in minutes, as well as Polish and Italian food shops). Super quick walk to Northern line.

I am an artist/teacher: work from home, studio, or classroom depending. Would be glad to meet other creatively-minded folks, I generally tend to like people who are passionate about what they do! Vegetarian-leaning pescatarian.
