Two large double rooms

After nearly 3 brilliant years two if us are moving out (pure coincidence we promise) and so our stunning rooms are available and the housemates are looking for two friendly (and fun) people to replace us. Please only message if you are 28+.

The first bedroom is available from Monday 14th October and is a great sized furnished room on the middle floor of a 4 bedroom house. It's very light and airy and furnishings include a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room also has a sink which is super handy and there is plenty of room for a desk!

The second bedroom is available from early November. It’s right next door to room 1 and is just as bright and airy with all the space and furnishings - just minus a sink.

You'll share a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink with two of the housemates (as one has an ensuite) and we've never had any issues with this.

The rest of the house has an open plan kitchen/living area, there's plenty of cupboard and fridge/freezer space, two sofas, a TV and a dining table. We also have a large patio/garden area with outdoor seating, a BBQ, shed and lots of plants! Permit parking is also available outside the house.

A little about us… we are Rian and Megan (and Olivia for a little bit) in our late 20s/early 30s and work weekdays, partly from home. For the most part like to keep it chilled during the week and would love to find someone of a similar age and lifestyle.

Rian works in consulting within the construction industry and Megan works in the public sector. We are sociable and like to hang out with each other, sometimes plan pub/dinner/trips or have TV house dinners nights but we also have our own groups of friends and respect each other's space.

We've spent the past few years making the house a home and are looking for another housemate who is chilled out, friendly and tidy who would fit this vibe!

Details:
Room 1: £780 per month.
Room 2: (Approx) £750 per month
Monthly Bills: £100 per month (approx) and this includes internet, gas, electricity, water, tv license, council tax and a cleaner every 2 weeks. We also use the house account to pay for cleaning products, toilet rolls, condiments etc so no hidden costs!
Initial cost: One month deposit
Council Tax: Band D

We're in a great location, approx 8 mins walk to Tooting Bec Station which gets you to central London in 20mins on the Northern Line and a 5min walk to Tooting Common. We're also a short walk from Tooting Broadway Market and Balham and there's loads of nice pubs/cafes in the area as well as big and small supermarkets.
