Bills not included (roughly 100 but fluctuates in seasons)
Move in date: 10th October

The 2-story house is spacious and located in between Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway, only a 10-minute walk from the Northern Line, with Balham only a 15 min walk away and loads of cute coffee shops and foodie spots nearby!

You’ll be living with three girls who have lived in London for 3 years:
- I’m 26 and originally from Lancashire. I work full-time in PR.
- Jess is 25 and from Scotland. She’s a journalist.
- Caroline is 25 and from Oxfordshire. She also works in PR.

We’re all in the office 2-3x a week. It's important to us that the house feels like a home so we're looking for a flatmate we can socialise with and (hopefully) become friends. 🥰

We’re all outgoing and love to socialise, but also enjoy relaxing in the evenings and understand the need for personal space. Always up for a yapathon with a cuppa and a biccy, or a glass of wine. Feel free to send us a bit of info about you ☺️
