Flatmate wanted! Room available 24th November

Large sunny double room (unfurnished) in a social house right next to Tooting Bec station. Spacious house with large shared living room and garden. House has 2 bathrooms and small home office/spare room. Living with 2 guys and a girl, prefer a girl to keep in the balance. 5 min walk to Tooting Bec station and Lidl.
Room is £970 + approx. £100 bills (Less in summer)

*About Us*
Our current housemate is sadly moving in with her boyfriend so are looking for someone to replace her. We all met on spare room last year but have become good fiends since moving in and would love someone who’s keen to join in. We are all between 24 - 27 so looking for someone of similar age. We are always up for the pub and often do a Sunday house meal together. We are all also pretty active and sporty so ideal if you can be our 4th for Tennis!
