We are looking for one more house mate to join our house share after getting our offer accepted on a beautiful four-bed house in Tooting. The house has been completely refurbished and looks amazing.
THE ROOM 🛏️
Rent is £1,400 per month - excluding bills (we also have a cleaner that works out at £22.50 per month)
You’ll have the entire top floor to yourself with an en suite and it’s fully furnished. The top floor has amazing storage which is rare in London!
The house is located right between Tooting Bec station and Tooting Broadway station so a perfect location! It is less than 10 mins to Tooting Common and about 10 mins to Tooting Market, which is super lively!
Ideally we would like a female in their mid-late 20s to keep the gender balance in the house.
