2 rooms for let Tooting Bec!

I have 2 rooms available in my ground floor flat, right by Tooting Bec tube. My current housemates are 1) moving in with her boyfriend and 2) moving to a different area!

Bit of info about the flat/rooms… rooms are available from 26th October and are priced at £960 and £880 pcm (excluding bills). We have a shared bathroom, lounge, yard area and kitchen and are about a 1-2 minute walk from the tube. We are super close to Tooting Bec common and on a really nice/safe road.

Room 1 (£960): a large double room furnished with a double bed (with storage under the mattress), wardrobe and large cupboard. The room is at the back of the house so really quiet which is a bonus. The room is very spacious so lots of room for any extra furniture/desk etc.

Room 2 (£880): a super cosy double room at the back of the house. It has a big window with lots of natural light and a view out to the patio garden. The room comes with the bed and wardrobe and there's space for a desk. There's also a large chest of drawers in the hallway for extra storage, only used by the flatmate with this room.

Bit of info about me… I’m 26 and work in the energy sector, I tend to go into the office 3/4 days a week and work in central London. I’m pretty sporty (I love a run or a class!) and sociable - I'm often out for drinks with my friends and enjoy the odd night out but also appreciate quiet time/chilled nights in so I’m looking for flatmates who are a similar vibe. I'm clean and tidy but I'm also a pretty easy going flatmate so looking for somebody who is respectful and tidy but won't sweat the small stuff!
