The house is clean, open planned and quite modern. The location is on a quiet street around a 5 minute walk to Tooting Bec station and 2 minutes from a Sainsbury’s.
There is also a big Lidl only 7 minutes away, lots of pubs, restaurants and other shops on the high street.
The room is a double bed, with an en-suite. At present, the contract ends in February 2025, so at this time you would have the option to extend, or should you to only move in for 3 months then cancel.
The house has a large kitchen area, which is furnished with white goods - photos attached.
There is a second room available in the property if you are looking for 2 rooms.
Bills typically cost £120pcm including WiFi, council tax, water, Gas & Electric.
