Hi Everyone! Looking for a new housemate as one of our current housemates is moving in with their partner.
House & Room: Great house in a really good condition and warm in winter. Room is a double with good storage space (pending pictures). We keep bikes inside. Rent is £950 with bills coming to around £50-£70 per month.
Location: Just 1 min walk away from Tooting Bec station and all of the amenities of Tooting high street. Tooting common is also super close and the lido is only a 5 minute cycle away.
Housemates: Corey and I (Lorna) have each lived here for 1 year and love living here. Corey is a banker and I work in gov science policy. We quite regularly hang out together and are both really into sports and often watch the football, or will be out at the gym, cycling (fair weather cyclists!) or running. Looking for a chill housemate who won’t hate living with two Liverpool fans 😁.
