Hi all, three lovely rooms have become available in my current Tooting Bec household as my flatmates are all moving on with girlfriends or travel and it would be a shame to say goodbye to this lovely place.

It's a modern 4 bed flat right off Tooting Common making it perfect for keen runners or nature lovers. The flat boasts a large open plan kitchen/living area which makes it perfect for social occasions or flat meals.

The three rooms are all large rooms so you can make it homely and bring furniture such as desks with you. The flat also included a washing machine, dryer and a dish washer.

It is less than a 5 min walk from Tooting Bec station and 15 min walk from Balham. Easily commutable to other south areas such as Clapham, Brixton and Wandsworth.

All the shops, pubs and restaurants you could want are within a 15 min walk with Tooting Market a hotspot for the area.

A bit about me: I work as an actuary in the city so I have to study a lot as well as work so I'd want flatmates who could be appreciative of this. But besides that I'm a very sociable guy who loves spending time with my friends but also participating and watching sports. With running my big hobby at the moment. I also love going to gigs.
