Flatmate wanted in a lovely duplex

I’m moving out towards the end of the year so looking for someone to take my room in a wonderful flat. Only looking to leave as I’m leaving the country in Jan ✈️

We’re based between Tooting Bec and Broadway, but closer to the Bec side. It’s a duplex with the kitchen, dining room and living room on the first floor, and bedrooms and bathroom on the second.

Flatmates you’ll be living with;

Joe (36 - Male) - Joe’s from South East London and works in Sales. Loves running (recently back in the gym thanks to his fabulous PT housemate - me 💁🏻‍♀️) cooking, music, and more.

Andrew (32 - Male) - Andrew’s from the North West (a top tier northerner) and works in Finance. Also loves being active, whether it’s cycling to work or going to the gym, long coffee walks, golf and more.

They both love a good brunch and there are plenty of great spots around the flat for that. Very chilled household and both guys are lovely.

The room is a double and comes furnished with a chest of drawers, wardrobe, mirror and bed. In the pictures there’s x2 different layouts as Andrew was working from home 1-2 days per week whereas I don’t. So there is space for a desk if needed but images just for ref. There’s tonnes of extra space around the flat, including access to the attic (boxes and suitcases etc..). We’re looking for a professional female aged between 30-35 as we like to keep a good balance within the flat - pretty much always been a girl and 2 guys and the dynamic works really well (can confirm also after living here).

Rent and bills come to approx £720 per month (£713 to be specific but add to a kitty monthly for household items). I’m leaving December 19/20th, but for the right person can be flexible (aka if you’re a great fit and need to move in earlier, I might be able to ship out). Rent and bills due 28th each month.
