Currently looking for someone to replace my flatmate who is planning to leave at the beginning of December.
Its a contemporary 2-bedroom top floor flat, conveniently located just seconds away from Tooting Bec underground station.
The room available is very spacious and has a small Terrace.
The Flat itself comes unfurnished and some of our current furniture will be taken by my flatmate as it belongs to him. However, the room already has a bed-frame and chest of drawers and dining table and TV will stay in the living room (we would only need to get a sofa)
Bills comes around £70 - £90 per month
