Double room in spacious 2-bed maisonette, Tooting

Lovely double room available in a spacious two-bed lower maisonette in Tooting, 10 minutes walk from Tooting Bec station. We are looking for a young professional or mature student.

I'm a 31 year-old teacher, and it'll just be the two of us. There's no need to have shared interests, but it would be great if we did. I enjoy playing and watching sport, having a night at the pub as much as one in front of the TV and am pretty easy going. I'm up early in the week and work in a school so it's quiet in the day if you work from home. I enjoy a calm home, so having someone similarly-minded would be a big positive.
