Large en-suite room in Tooting Bec

Hi,

We’re looking for someone to take over my large en-suite room in a 4 bed house! I’ve loved living in the house and the only reason I am leaving is that I’m moving to Manchester.

The house is a large terrace house with a separate lounge, kitchen/dinner and garden half way between Tooting Bec station and Wandsworth common. There is also a parking space on the drive.

You would be sharing with 3 girls (physio, teacher and architect). They normally are all out during the day so wfh is not an issue. They all have busy lives however are always up for socialising in the evening if they are in. They are looking for someone who wants to be part of the house however also respects their space.

The room has a large king size bed and en-suite with a separate shower and bath. It’s furnished apart from the desk and chair.

Looking for someone to take the room from mid December and it would be a new 12 month contract.
