Hi! We’re looking for a professional single occupant or a couple to move into our cosy 4-bedroom flat. The room is a large en-suite top-floor bedroom, with loads of cupboard space and large windows.

You’ll be sharing big kitchen and living room spaces with 3 other housemates, all young working professionals. There are 4 bedrooms in total, and 4 bathrooms. There is a lovely garden space that’s perfect for summer evenings and BBQs.

The entrance to the flat is only accessible by you and the 3 other housemates, which makes it a nice quiet and safe home. The flat is also located in an enclosed complex with a gate and parking is available inside.

There is loads of space for everyone and plenty storage space too. Bills currently come to about £150 each.

Close to Tooting Bec Underground station (~5-10 minute walk)

We’ve loved living here, my partner and I have lived here 2.5 years and now we are moving to our own place outside of London. But everyone in the house is really friendly and loves a social! It’s been a really special time living here.

There is some furniture in the room that’s ours (desk, office chair, two chests of drawers, bedside cabinets, shelves and computer monitor) which we’d be happy to pass onto you for a small fee too!
