Gated community 5-bed house in Tooting Bec

We're looking for 2 roommates for our spacious 5-bedroom house in a gated community in Tooting Bec (9min walk to Tooting Bec tube station - Northern line).

Both rooms are fully furnished doubles although the £900 room currently has a single bed. The two available rooms share a bathroom only with each other. The house has both a living room and conservatory (both equipped with large TVs), a private garden, and a kitchen equipped with gas stove, microwave, 2 ovens, a double size fridge/freezer, and all your kitchenware essentials. The house also has a washer and dryer.

Water, gigabit broadband, council tax, and home insurance are included in monthly rent. Energy bills aren't included.

About the housemates: we're 3 professionals hoping to live with other professionals in their 20s. Our interests include fitness, movies, reading, and socialising, although we also appreciate the importance of personal space.
