Spacious double room to rent in Tooting Bec

I am sadly leaving a wonderful house mid-end of December to move in with my other half.
The room is a very spacious downstairs double, with ample storage. Comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and wardrobe.
There was a large table in the room which I asked the landlord to dismantle when I moved in to have extra space, and this is stored under the bed. This could be erected again if needed to work from home. Alternatively there’s plenty of space for your own desk if you already have one, and similarly I work from home one day per week but use the sitting room out of choice.

You’d be living with 3 female Irish housemates:
-Shauna, who works in a doggy daycare but is soon starting a new office based job in the city.
-Rachel, who is a secondary school science teacher and loves playing camogie.
-Eimear, who works in the sustainability sector for Pizza Hut and loves running & taking part in triathlons in her spare time.

The house is located a 2-3 min walk from Tooting Bec tube station. It is a 12 min walk from Balham train/tube station. The green spaces of Tooting Common and Wandsworth Common are also nearby along with plenty of nice coffee spots, restaurants, supermarkets and pubs.

I am looking to move out mid - end December but can be flexible with dates. Rent is due on 27th of the month, so ideally would like to have the room filled by this date.

Bills are £79 pp/month.
